RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Van Allen Golf accepts returns and exchanges of new and unused items purchased directly from VanAllenGolf.com within 30 days of the date of delivery.
All returns and exchanges are completed through your Van Allen Golf account page.

If you purchased the item while logged into your Van Allen Golf account, you can initiate a return directly from the Account page under "Returns."

If you purchased an item as a Guest, please create a user account by clicking the account icon in the top right-hand corner of the homepage and follow the prompts. Once the new account has been created, email orders@vanallengolf.com with the order number, name, and email associated with the account, and the order will be linked to your new account (please allow up to 5 business days for the order to be linked and return processed).
Once a return is approved, you will be issued return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to include with your returned item. All non-warranty return and exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box and/or include a note inside the box with the item, along with a copy of the receipt of purchase.

A restocking fee of up to 15% will be applied to all items returned for a refund.

The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges, warranty replacements, or refunds issued as store credit.
If you purchased a Van Allen Golf item from one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact the dealer for return instructions/authorization. If the dealer does not offer returns, and the return or warranty replacement qualifies under the listed criteria, please submit a Warranty Processing Form below. Please note: Van Allen Golf cannot issue monetary refunds for items purchased from any source/dealer other than Van Allen Golf Inc. In this case, a replacement part or store credit would be issued.
WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS:
Van Allen Golf offers a limited lifetime warranty on all products. The warranty covers the operation and function of the item itself and protects it from any operational defects or failure of performance. Altering or modifying a Van Allen Golf product will void the warranty.
Our products are designed to perform under normal golf use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Intentional abuse or improper modification

Use outside of normal play (e.g., striking non-golf objects)

Normal wear or accident damage
If a warranty claim is approved, a credit for the total replacement cost of the product will be issued to the customer’s user account.
Finishes & Coatings – Van Allen Golf warranties against defects of finishes/coatings prior to use. Once a product is played, coatings, finishes, or cosmetic wear are not covered. Please inspect and bring any cosmetic defect to our attention before use and within 30 days of delivery for a free return or replacement. Cosmetic issues after use are reviewed case-by-case but are not covered under warranty.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS:
Once a returned item is received, an email will be sent to notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

If rejected due to inaccurate description of the item, the product will be shipped back to you, with shipping costs being your responsibility.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original shipping cost of the order will be deducted from any refund. Product exchanges will vary in timing depending on shipping and availability.

Account Return:
If you made your purchase while logged into your Van Allen Golf account, you can request a return or exchange directly from your Customer Account. Log in, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Guest Return:
If you checked out as a guest and don’t see your order on your account, follow these steps:

Create a User Account – Click the account icon in the top right-hand corner of the homepage and create a new account.

Contact Customer Support – Email orders@vanallengolf.com with your order number, name, and email tied to the order. Ask for the order to be linked to your account.

Allow Processing Time – Please allow up to 5 business days for linking and processing.
Once your order is linked, you can request a return or exchange through your account as described above.
